RETURNS


If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 days returns policy from delivery date for all  Australian orders and 30 days returns policy from delivery date for all international orders.

We offer a flexible change of mind returns policy to streamline your shopping experience.   We monitor return rate frequency and value for fraud, abuse and general security purposes. In the event of elevated return frequency and values, we are entitled to close or block access to your Account or deny you from making future orders.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We understand your purchase may not be exactly what you wanted. You can return your item(s) within 14 days for an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund. In Order for your item(s) to be approved for return it must meet the following criteria:

- Be a full priced item, this included full priced items purchased using a discount code (Items marked as sale, not eligible for return. exchange or refund).

-Be unworn, unwashed, original tags still attached and in original packaging.

- Not smell of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder.

- Be free of makeup or fake tan marks.

- Shoes must be in the original shoebox.(If received with shoebox) Postage labels must not to be attached to original box.

- Due to strict hygiene policies, Cosmetics, Hair Products, Underwear & Earrings cannot be returned.

  • The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable.
  • Items purchased during a Sitewide Sale Discount - any items purchased during a Sitewide Sale with a discount code are ineligible for a refund (where the discount is automatically applied at checkout, OR a discount code is manually entered at checkout - eg EOFY Sale, AfterPay Day). These items can only be returned for an online credit note (not a refund). 
  • Swimwear must be returned with the hygiene seal intact.
    -We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.

 For Exchange orders, we only offer exchange for another size, exchange for another product and store credit.

*Returns may take up to 10 business days to be completed. The original delivery fee will NOT be refunded or given as store credit. Customers who received item(s) with a manufacturing fault or incorrectly are entitled to a full refund and free return delivery. Returned Items that do not meet the criteria will not be accepted will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost. Please allow 1 to 5 days for the refunds to reach your method of payment.

This policy applies to change of mind and incorrect sizing returns only. If you believe your item is faulty, please email saintaustraliafashion@gmail.com to initiate a return. We will treat your claim with priority.

 

If the returned garment/s do not match the above conditions the order will be returned back to the sender. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We cannot guarantee any order changes once an order is confirmed as our warehouse works extremely fast. Should you change your mind on your order prior to it being shipped, you will be issued with a store credit.

PRE ORDER

Pre Ordered items have the estimated delivery date listed on each corresponding style. You will also receive an email after your purchase, confirming your pre order items. If you have any questions regarding the ETA of your item that has been purchased under pre order please don't hesitate to contact our staff saintaustraliafashion@gmail.com

PRE ORDER ITEM(S) CANNOT BE CANCELLED. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL YOUR PRE ORDER ITEM(S) ARRIVE IN OUR WAREHOUSE TO REQUEST A REFUND.

PLEASE NOTE: Your order will be split; with all the in stock items being sent first.


 

PROCESS TIME FOR RETURNS

Please allow 10 business days from when your return is tracked as delivered back to our Australian warehouse for us to issue you with your refund, store credit or exchange.


FINAL SALE

Item/s marked as “final sale - no returns or exchanges” cannot be returned unless due to a fault as assessed by our quality control department.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

     

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at saintaustraliafashion@gmail.com and send your item to:

    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
