RETURNS


If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 days returns policy from delivery date for all Australian orders 

and 30 days returns policy from delivery date for all International orders.

CONDITION OF RETURNS

Please read the following prior to returning your item/s.

This policy applies to change of mind and incorrect sizing returns only. If you believe your item is faulty, please email returns@saintaustraliafashion.com to initiate a return. We will treat your claim with priority.


  •   OUR RETURN POLICY 

     

    • Full priced items that are returned are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
    • If a WELCOME code is used you are able to return your items for a refund, exchange or credit note.
    • Orders placed with any other discount code are considered as sale items and are not eligible for a refund
    • Return shipping is to be covered and paid by customer
    • Our items must be returned to HQ within 14 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products. For all International orders items must be returned within 30 days of first receiving the parcel.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags and original packing 
    • If you received a free gift as part of a promotion, this must also be included in your return in order to receive a refund
    • We do not accept returns on sale items or clearance items.
    • Changed your mind ? No problem , contact us within 4 days from delivery date to be eligible for a refund. Customers that contact us after 4 days  from delibery date will be issued with a credit note. Please note : This policy does not apply for SALE items. 
    • We do not accept returns on cosmetics, earrings or undergarments for sanitary reasons.
    • We do accept returns on swimwear provided the hygiene sticker is still attached.
    • Do not return the item back to us without notice, if so you won't be eligible for a credit note  or an exchance.
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Saint Australia is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection,  or change your mind. 
    • If there is a major fault with the style you've purchased, we will offer to repair or replace it where available. If we cannot repair or replace the style, we will offer an refund.

If the returned garment/s do not match the above conditions the order will be returned back to the sender. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We cannot guarantee any order changes once an order is confirmed as our warehouse works extremely fast. Should you change your mind on your order prior to it being shipped, you will be issued with a store credit.

PRE ORDER

Pre Ordered items have the estimated delivery date listed on each corresponding style. You will also receive an email after your purchase, confirming your pre order items. If you have any questions regarding the ETA of your item that has been purchased under pre order please don't hesitate to contact our staff customercare@saintaustraliafashion.com

PRE ORDER ITEM(S) CANNOT BE CANCELLED. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR PRE ORDER ITEM(S) TO REQUEST A REFUND.

PLEASE NOTE: Your order will be split; with all the in stock items being sent first.


 

PROCESS TIME FOR RETURNS

Please allow 10 business days from when your return is tracked as delivered back to our Australian warehouse for us to issue you with your refund, store credit or exchange.


FINAL SALE

Item/s marked as “final sale - no returns or exchanges” cannot be returned unless due to a fault as assessed by our quality control department.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned it

    Bodysuits
    For all bodysuits, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.


     

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@saintaustraliafashion.com and send your item to:

    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
